Welcome to VILLA GARGANTUA
DESCRIPTION
A place dedicated to friendly meetings between people from different backgrounds. Our SEASONAL RENTALS , studios and two-room apartments with 2 to 4 beds are completely renovated and each equipped with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
The house can also be booked in its entirety for a family or professional group (maximum 15 people).
A shared kitchen is located on the ground floor with additional equipment and basic necessities.
The accommodations are comfortable, equipped with good bedding and carefully decorated with a unique atmosphere, offering different views of the kiosk, the sea, the cliffs or the roofs of the surrounding fishermen's houses.
All shops and amenities are at the foot of the Villa, market, supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants and the tourist office
less than 5 minutes walk.
Visitors benefit from a unique experience, mixing art and culture. They can visit the ATELIER GALERIE (see website page), participate in creative workshops (contact us), or simply soak up the artistic atmosphere of the place.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
ACCESS: From the back of the building at 5 rue des Pilotes.
OPENING HOURS: Arrival from 3 p.m. independently, late possible at any time possible thanks to our electronic locks on the telephone.
Departure until 12 noon or on request.
PARKING: Free in the streets directly around the building. The streets further away on the sea side are paid during the summer season. At the back free all year round.
PAYMENTS: Via Booking Platform or other means on request
LINEN: Tenants bring their own linen or take the option on request:
1) €20 Linen kit for double bed (140x200cm) 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels and 1 kitchen towel.
2) €15 Linen kit for single bed (80x200cm) 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase and 1 bath towel.
AVAILABLE: End of stay cleaning - Vacuum cleaners, dustpan and brush - Travel cot and high chair - Ironing board, clothes horse - Various kitchen services - Extra blankets.
RESTRICTIONS:
Non-smoking, no pets, not suitable for people with reduced mobility
WIFI and TV: Free
